As always when you don't get to choose the repairer you never know quite what to expect.... This is the best customer service I have had in a long time, incredibly helpful and genuinely went above and beyond. Which is not even mentioning the extremely high standard of their crash repair work. I was told about Silvester by "a friend of a friend" and from the start they have been the perfect combination of professional but friendly to talk to and discuss our cars damage. More than one spray shop wouldn't touch the work because we now understand that Valencia Orange is complex, but Silvester didn't blink and booked us in. The rear bumper and section below the window needed a respray. Collected the car today and could not be more pleased. Its simply superb and back to her perfect best. I would highly recommend them. The end product is of course critical but they get all other aspects of customer service right as well. A sincere thank you for the detailed care and attention you give.
