With over 35 years of experience in the Motor Trade, Andy brings extensive expertise and industry qualifications up to Level 4. His leadership and knowledge have been instrumental in guiding our team to success.

Working remotely, Laura manages payments and financials, collaborating closely with the bodyshop and accounts team to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes.

Ross joined us in 2021 as a panel technician and has since grown into the role of Workshop Manager. His career-long commitment to the industry and high standard of workmanship are key to our success.

Gez brings over 40 years of experience as a qualified panel technician. He has been providing expert cosmetic and structural repairs since 2021, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.

Robb is a highly qualified technician with over 35 years of bodyshop experience. He joined our team in 2022, specialising in vehicle strip and fit, wheel alignments, and air conditioning.

Martyn has a diverse background in the automotive and aerospace industries. He joined us in 2023 and focuses on wheel alignment and ADAS, while also handling mechanical and diagnostic tasks.

Andy has over 30 years of experience in prepping and refinishing motor vehicles. He has been an integral part of our team since 2022, delivering exceptional paintwork.

James is in his second year of a 2-year multi-skilled apprenticeship, having joined us in early 2023. He came from McLaren and has shown tremendous potential, progressing well under our guidance.

Our youngest team member, Max, is embarking on a 2-year apprenticeship program at S&B Academy in Bristol starting October 2024. Eager to build a career with qualifications, he represents the future of our team.

Wasim joined us in early 2025, supporting the bodyshop with pre- and post-repair vehicle cleaning and valeting. He also assists the parts department with receiving and organising deliveries.

Neil joined us in July 2025 from an technical side of the industry with over 40 years experience.

Neil’s role is Bodyshop Assistant and mainly looks after the procurement of parts and consumables required to repair the vehicles back to there pre accident condition.

Neil’s methodical mindset has been a great help to our business.

 Freddie joined us in September 2025 and is doing an apprenticeship at Thatcham Research Centre. He’s already showing great potential and is an asset to the business.

Qualified Paint Technician with over 20 years of experience on the tools and has had supervisor roles during his career. Joined our team in August 2025.
